Celia Duoli is a luxury Bespoke brand established in 2017 by the designer Liang-Jing Li (Celia) after she finished MA degree in UK and spent many years in London working for well-known designers and companies.
Different from designers, she has created a concept that blends ready-to-wear with couture, offering made-to-measure personal service instead of seasonal collections.
Her powerful feminine designs detailed with refined craftsmanship and embroidery by sequins, pearl, and crystal, create a beautiful elegant vision where both the soft and the strong.
She also an instructor who has lead many students to explore their creation by her interesting and innovating style of teaching.
Celia 9歲立下成為服裝設計師的夢想，大學畢業即飛往英國完成碩士學位並在倫敦接受7年競爭激烈的國際時尚產業歷練。
曾為kristian aadnevik的倫敦服裝秀獨立製作六套禮服，也幫杜拜高端品牌Slouchyz以及倫敦品牌PA5H系列設計打板並參與倫敦服裝秀。也在英國業界知名的婚紗成衣公司擔任Garment Technologist服裝技術指導，少數設計師在產業鍊的每個角色都有著豐富的經驗。
回國後李亮槿創立了個人訂製品牌Celia Duoli高級服裝訂製, 不同於設計師一年兩季的系列，只專注在為個人訂製，同時，也身兼不同大學的講師無私的分享技術與服裝產業的知能，帶領台灣學生打破視野跳脫框架思考，也受邀不同企業講座和課程工作坊。
她的風格展現了女人並存著力量與優雅，簡約的合身剪裁，融合了水鑽、珍珠、刺繡蕾絲等元素，每一件設計注入了低調的奢華感。
